Dr Samer Galal is a distinguished leader in automotive technology, specializing in ADAS and autonomous driving, with over 19 years of experience. His pioneering contributions have earned him international recognition, supported by numerous publications and leadership roles. He is currently the vice president at Dekra and also the sole expert witness and presiding judge for ADAS, automated driving (AD) and autonomous vehicles (AV). Dr Galal also chairs the ADAS Working Group under CITA, an organization recognized by the UN and EU.
