At our events your delegate badge may, with your permission, be scanned by sponsor or exhibiting companies in the exhibition hall. If you allow your badge to be scanned, you agree for those companies to contact you about their products, events and services – some of which may be promotional in nature. If you attend a session as part of an event and you agree to your delegate badge being scanned by us at that session, we may share your registration details with the seminar / conference theatre sponsors of the sessions you attend.
