Niklas Pfahl is a researcher in the field of testing of automated driving functions at Mercedes-Benz. Within his scope of research is the development of a concept for assessing the credibility of virtual simulation technologies for safeguarding automated driving systems. He is pursuing his doctoral degree in cooperation with the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) at the IPEK - Institute of Product Engineering.
