Since January 2023, Kaustubh Ashok Gandhi has been senior product manager for Ready Care, Harman Automotive’s in-cabin sensing product. In this role he oversees the product roadmap, collaborating with the engineering team to develop features that meet current and future OEM customer and consumer demand while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Before his role at Harman, Kaustubh held product management and engineering roles across the ADAS and consumer electronics domains at Bosch, Valeo and Tata Consultancy Services. With an educational background in computer engineering and business management, he has published three patents and contributed to several publications across 20+ years of professional journey.
