Eric Pohl works at the DLR eV German Aerospace Center, where he develops automation systems for innovative vehicle concepts, integrating perception, planning and driving functions. Pohl comes from an electrical engineering background, having studied the field comprehensively through his bachelor's and master's degrees. During his bachelor's at the Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg, completed in partnership with Siemens AG, he specialized in automation. He further deepened his expertise by earning a master's degree from the Technical University of Darmstadt, where he focused on artificial neural network applications to enhance sensor processing.
