Thomas is a senior automotive professional with over 25 years of experience in ADAS/HAD, strategic management and the Chinese market. His career began with strategic and product development roles at Bosch in Germany, before he spent over a decade in leadership positions in Suzhou and Shanghai. During this time, he successfully established and managed departments for chassis and driver assistance systems. Since returning to Europe, he has driven solution management at ETAS and changed to Vcarsystem at the end of 2025. He specializes in bridging technical innovation with international business development across global markets.
