Sergio Fernandez is a Senior Expert in LiDAR technology. With more than 12 years of experience in the field, he accumulates achievements on perception for three VALEO long range LiDAR generations: Scala1, Scala2 and Scala3. Sergio is currently team leader for high and low level perception and senior expert in LiDAR. Since 2026 he is also part of the perception team working with HD Radar technology within VALEO.
