Matthias has a diploma in computer engineering from Ulm University of Applied Sciences, a master's in computer science from Bonn‑Rhein‑Sieg University of Applied Sciences, and a PhD in computer science/virtual environments from the University of Hamburg. He previously worked as a research scientist for virtual environments at Fraunhofer IMK, and as a senior expert in virtual development and autonomous driving at Elektrobit and Audi AG. He has been a principal in the field of virtual development at Vaiva since 2022.
