Marta Glinka holds a PhD in Psychology with a strong background in psychophysiology and neurocognition. She has experience spanning both academia and industry, with a focus on the aviation and automotive domains. Her work centers on understanding and assessing human cognitive performance under varying operational conditions, supporting the design of safer and more effective human–machine systems.
