In January 2025, Dynamic Map Platform and PTV Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to advance simulation technologies in the fields of automotive and traffic engineering. As part of this collaboration, PTV Model2Go for PTV Vissim has been developed to streamline traffic simulation workflows. This product leverages centimeter-level High-Precision 3D Map Data provided by Dynamic Map Platform to automatically generate road network models that can be used with PTV’s microscopic traffic simulator, PTV Vissim. This significantly reduces the time and effort required for manual traffic simulation model creation. In this demonstration, using Shuto Expressway C1 as an example, we showcase the full workflow—from data request to the construction of traffic simulation scenes.
