The Automotive Competency Centre (ACC), Chennai is a state-of-the-art facility developed by BITS Pilani WILP to support innovation, skill development, and applied research in next-generation automotive and mobility technologies.

The centre provides advanced infrastructure and hands-on learning environments focused on:

The centre's Software Defined Vehicle Hub and e-Mobility Hub support the complete development lifecycle—from ECU architecture and subsystem integration to vehicle-level testing, diagnostics, safety validation, and intelligent mobility solutions. Through strong academia–industry collaboration, ACC Chennai contributes to workforce development and innovation in the rapidly evolving automotive sector.
