Andrew English

Andrew English is a principal roboticist at Wayve, a leader in embodied AI technology for autonomous driving. He leads the development of the safety architecture for Wayve’s assisted and automated driving technology. With nearly two decades of experience, English has worked on advanced autonomous systems across the automotive, agriculture, mining and construction industries. Before Wayve, English spent six years at Oxa, where he played a key role in developing the company's Level 4 product architecture. English holds a BEng and PhD in robotics from Queensland University of Technology.
