Marc Pajon

Marc is an aeronautical engineer. He began his career in 89 as a design engineer at Bertrand Faure, now FORVIA. He accompanied the development of this Tier 1 company as head of CAE and testing, then as director of safety projects. After a spell at INSEAD, he was appointed Director of Product Planning, then Director of Innovation and Partnerships for the seating business group. He joined Renault in 2007. As Vice President Engineering, he managed advanced vehicle projects for 7 years, before being appointed CEO of S2A, a RENAULT - STELLANTIS - CNAM aeroacoustics testing and services company. After 3 years and a profitability record at S2A, he was called back to RENAULT and became Expert Leader Testing & Measurement Technologies. He managed the Renault group's test resources and methods roadmaps. He set up the ADAS validation system and developed the ADScene SaaS scenario platform for validation and homologation of ADAS AD, in partnership with STELLANTIS. He was then appointed Expert Leader for Mobility and Transportation Systems, supporting the MOBILIZE brand strategy. Today, Marc is president and founder of TAKTECH SAS, a company that supports medium-sized technology companies in implementing their automotive strategy and accelerating business development with OEMs and Tier Ones. In his remaining time, he is a family lover, a beer brewer, and a Saxo player.
