Omniverse and GenAI to accelerate the development and validation of ADAS

Developing Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving (AD) technologies necessitates an extensive amount of data for both development and validation purposes. The crucial step in expediting and enhancing the development of intricate ADAS Systems lies in bridging the gap between the physical and virtual worlds. By constructing digital twin of cities on a large scale and simulating realistic traffic patterns using advanced artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms, we can rapidly generate millions of scenarios. This approach facilitates the creation of an expanded Operational Domain Design, encompassing various edge cases. Making these scenarios readily available in earlier stages of the development cycle enhances the performance and safety of ADAS/AD systems.
