ADAS Satisfaction Study 2025: Assistance Systems from the Users’ Perspective
23 Jun 2026
We have conducted a large-scale study on the user perspective on ADAS. While manufacturers have extensive technical evaluations, there is a lack of objective customer assessments. To ensure that the needs and expectations of customers are incorporated into the development of ADAS, detailed customer feedback is essential. The ADAS Satisfaction Study 2025 examines acceptance and UX among 4,025 drivers with the most important assistance systems. The presentation will highlight a “best of” the key findings, including for example:
• Usage patterns of driver assistance systems
• Satisfaction and trust
• Differences between vehicle segments and brands
• Recommendations for developers
- How are actual ADAS systems used and perceived by vehicle drivers?
- Why are ADAS systems not used by so many drivers?
- What are the differences between vehicle segments and brands?
- What are the main pain points with the most important ADAS systems? What needs to be improved?
- What's missing from the user's perspective to integrate ADAS into a full self-driving experience?
