ADAS and AV developments go through many stages before they are ready for deployment – from the tuning of sensor stack selections to the training of perception and control AI models and full system testing and validation. Highly accurate simulations can drastically speed up the time and reduce the costs of these critical development phases, rather than relying solely on real-world data collection and testing. This presentation will introduce the critical technologies needed for producing synthetic data that is a high enough standard to be accepted into full-scale ADAS and AV development workflows.
