Andry Rakotonirainy

Professor Andry Rakotonirainy is an expert in the field of road safety and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) - Human factors, with 25 years of experience in multidisciplinary research leadership and management. He is a member of CARRS-Q/Centre for Future Mobility and the founder of its ITS human factors research program. He has a PhD in computer science from INRIA and Sorbonne University (France). His extensive research portfolio includes over 350 internationally refereed papers in prestigious journals and conferences.

This presentation explores the transformative potential of Large Language Models (LLMs) in shaping the next generation of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Automated Vehicle (AV) technologies.
